Orders are dispatched from our facilities based on location and stock availability.
CIV Warehouse — Côte d’Ivoire
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Côte d’Ivoire: 1–2 business days, with delivery usually taking 1 business day.
Europe: up to 4 business days.
United States & Canada: 5–6 business days.
Other African countries: 2–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.
Tracking, Delays & Lost Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for deliveries outside Abidjan, including international orders, so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
For deliveries within Abidjan, the delivery driver will call you to arrange delivery.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us via WhatsApp at +225 07 11 45 56 52 so we can look into the issue.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These requirements vary by country, and some orders may incur charges while others may not.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. VLONESIEBRAND does not cover these charges.
Can I change my delivery address if I entered it incorrectly?
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please message us on WhatsApp at +225 07 11 45 56 52 within 30 minutes of placing your order.
We prepare and dispatch orders quickly, so we can only accommodate address-change requests within this 30-minute window.
